Was a good test in the 2nd inning for Paredes. He gave up a corkscrew single and a perfect bunt single to start the inning. Then got a pop up and two more K's sandwiched around a walk. When he needed to rare back and throw gas with the bases loaded, he blew away Brett Phillips.
