Solid evidence she's getting fricked while bent over OP's desk. Hard to argue this one.

For a girlfriend? That bitch would of had a today notice.
They had been friends for a long time and he was kinda sensing the relationship was on the outs anyway, so he played it cool.
But yeah, I kinda agree.

leave a case of bud light out next to your ex lady's undies.
Now this is the important part, the mating call of a Jody is 1 slam of the door around 6 am and the cranking of your truck.
Leave like you typically would to your normal plant baw job, in stead of turning left out of the trailer park make the loop.
Sit, wait, prosper. Just make sure you don't get your arse beat by a naked man.

If there’s one thing I learned from the movie Marriage Story, it’s that you also need to consult with every divorce attorney in town. That way she’ll be hard pressed to find someone that can represent her.
Your broke arse is never leaving your wife.

You can’t stop Jody, because it’s the woman that MAKES Jody. This ^^^
The tales I could tell.
Middle of the day, supposed to be out shopping? She’d come over and climb on top of it.
Behind Zumba class? Get there 30 minutes early and then go work out full of spunk.
Going for a jog? Guess who was waiting in the woods?
You can’t stop it as long as she wants it and there will always be another schmuck with a hard dick willing to let her ride the baloney pony.
And the only hard step is the first one.
The moral of the story is Being Jody will steal your soul, but he doesn’t exist unless she’s looking for him. So killing Jody won’t solve a thing

One of the best feelings in the world is filling a chick up with jizzums knowing that her man loves to go down on her before fricking and she's gonna make him do it later.

Be sure to cancel credit cards that are either in your name or joint accounts. I had a buddy whose wife was cheating on him with her personal trainer, which he didn’t know was happening at the time. She tells him she doesn’t love him anymore and wants a divorce. She maxes all his credit cards that are in his name along with joint accounts and even gets some credit opened at a few stores in his name. It almost ruined him financially and she got the kids, house and part of his 401k, etc.
It took him years to clean up the destruction she caused on his finances and credit but she got dumped by the trainer within a few months and turned into a fat slob. He remarried a beautiful woman who is loyal to him after many years so in the end it worked out.

Not just current ones. If you ever had a credit card with her, give written notice to the credit card company to close the account. i had a client whose ex-wife called on an old CC that they had stopped using for a couple of years and asked for a new card. he had no idea that she had done it until they threatened to sue him for the #12,000 balance.
he signed the original application and promised to pay.

If married in Louisiana you can kiss half your 401K and any other retirement or community property goodbye.
Only thing they can’t touch is anything you inherited. Land, money, houses, etc.... inheritance or future earnings from any inheritance can’t be touched by wife or lawyer.
Go to Walmart, target, etc....make a large purchase with debit card. Return it with receipt and get cash back (paying by debit then returns get cash back).

Not an attorney, but so I'm told (and read): If you can PROVE fault, such as adultery, the one at fault can not demand/collect alimony.
Obviously, this could be a big chunk to paying monthly just so he/she can maintain the lifestyle that you afforded her.
But PROVING adultery is not easy. Supposedly has to be more than circumstantial.

another interesting fact. If you have kids she can’t move more than 50 miles away from the house you and her were raising your kids without your permission as long as she hasn’t already established a permanent (not renting) new residence.
In other words fill the divorce paperwork before she establishes a new residence and she can’t move farther than 50 miles from the last permanent residence that you were living in with the children.

So I get what a Jody is but why? Why Jody, is there an origin to this? Is this just a south LA thing?
Origins supposedly traced to an old blues song about "Joe D. Grinder." Became a popular slang term during WWII and after.
