Who will be Rush’s eventual successor?

I think Rush is setting Mark Steyn up to take up for him once it’s time.

Steyn is actually hilarious.
He’s extremely knowledgable.
I can tolerate his voice, but It took awhile.

I hope it's not for a long, long time....but Mark Steyn is the man who needs to step in front of the golden EIB microphone when Rush decides to retire.

Yes, I like Mark too. I’m getting used to his accent / voice the more he’s on. He’s quick witted and very knowledgeable.

Mark Levin or Larry Elder get my vote.

Mark Levin
I honestly am not sure Levin outlives Rush.
But he’s my favorite one to listen to. He’s incredibly knowledgeable on all things Constitution/American history.
He’d probably drive people away with his voice and 0-100 approach to things. Rush is more even keel, Levin flies off the handle quite a bit.

I would like to see it be Bongino.

Trump - 5 years from now - it would be glorious.

I hope Rush can beat this shite, but it depends on what type lung cancer that it is. S4 lung cancer is going to be tough, no matter what kind it is. If Rush is not able to keep going on the show, I guess I'll just stop listening if MS takes over. I like what he says, but I can't handle the accent. Brits,S. Africans and Aussies drive me nuts when they speak. Kind of a reverse honky-style ebonics. Would really like to see Tucker Carlson try it

Mark Levin looks absolutely nothing like I would expect him to look, based on his voice.

Mark Steyn is the best guest host but he’s that... a guest host.
I couldn’t imagine having to listen to him every day.

There is really no possible replacement.

I like Steyn but his voice just grates on me.

When he dies, I hope the show dies with him. No one can live up to that standard.
Eventually another show will take prominence, of course, but let that happen organically.

It would be like Coast to Coast AM when Art Bell quit. Listenership would go from 20 million to 2 million in a couple of years. The show should close up shop when Rush dies because he’s irreplaceable. There’s enough shows that one will grow and fill that time slot.

Andrew Wilkow on SiriusXM Patriot is another good option IMO.

I wouldn’t be opposed to Todd Herman.

Nobody. There's nobody that can replace him. The show will, and should, go away.
If Mark Steyn can get his own national gig going, more power to him. But there's no replacing Rush Limbaugh.

That's how I see it.
It's the Rush Limbaugh show. If he isn't there it's not the same show.
