Drive thorugh Kansas and Missouri. So many staging areas for cows ready for slaughter.
Ive seen beef farms growing up, even know where a few are locally. But these were thousands of cows in pens that get loaded onto trains.

So just because you don't see 100 million cattle on the daily round trip you take from the double wide, to the scaffold yard, to AA, and then finally to the trashy bar your go to every night, you assume these cattle must not exist.

Texas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa.. And several other states produce the most beef.
