Just had mine - scored "Exceeds Expectations".
3% increase
They add it to our checks in mid February retroactive to Jan 1st so it's not so disappointing.

I've had one since starting work for my current company three years ago. On a call right now waiting to hear about this year, it'll probably just be ignored

Posted on 2/6/20 at 1:23 pm to The Torch

Same shite every year. Only gotten actual raises when I got a promotion.

I do not even know how much my salary is.

I ended up with about 5.2 and hopefully I will get another 8.1 in about another two months or so...it's looking promising.

We used to get UP TO 4% raises each year when I started with my company. Now we get up to 2% raises each year. Best way to get a big raise now is to get promoted to relocate and negotiate. I got a 2.5% which is above the max of 2%. I asked my boss how that was possible and he said “I don’t know.”

And 350 shares of company stock as my LTI. currently priced at 350/share, maturing at 35 shares per year over the next 10 years.

4% on an off year, so I don't feel too bad.

I am 7 months into my first job out of college.
No raise, but they told me I am doing way more than they expected out of me with someone just starting in my industry.
Patience

11%
Technically 18% in a year as I had an off-cycle mid year raise

It’s pretty much been 2% - 2.5% every year outside of promotion years. But this year the bonus was really good so can’t complain.
Then again, none of our comp increases are retroactive so maybe I should be complaining

Just talked with my boss. He told my I spend too much time on TigerDroppings. Said I need to really increase my effort. He also told me I'm no longer going to get sales commission.

5% raise and 5% bonus. Was my first year but they said I hit the ground running and kicked arse.
I’m happy with it.

Would usually get a 2-3% bump every year.
Would ask my boss if it was merit or cost of living, he’d always answer what difference does it make?
On the other hand we’d get an annual bonus. Depended on profit. 5% - 15% annual salary.
Had to wait till March the following year.
