Have you do a Top 10 Metairie Food Signs List?

Kosher Cajun NY Deli & Grocery is my spot for good Reubens. I'm interested where their sign would rank. I might have a slit bias due to my infatuation for NY deli style sandwiches.

During high school summers, I worked for my step dad’s construction company. One summer, I had to dig up all the oyster shells at the Harbor with hand shovels and picks to form up and pour the slabs for their outside coolers.

It was miserably hot but got free food for dinner the duration of the job

Where is Circle K by the Lake? Kenner is depressing as hell.

It was Dino's and it was pretty good. They had a location on Veterans for a bit as well.

Taco Tuesday at Chilangos is the tits. There’s like 3 chilangos in Kenner and they’re all different, but the one by True Value is incredible.

The Super Burrito at Tacos el Gordo is a killer fat meal too.

It’s a very diverse street...Cubano at Normas, sushi at Sake Sushi, hundreds of Mexican joints, Porch & Patio, 1/2 price lunch at Laketown Bar...

This line makes me believe you are indeed, Tom Fitzmorris, but his writing is rife with errors. Maybe he got a copy editor.

it was Dino’s and it was excellent drunk pizza. The other place near the boot was midway pizza, cheaper but less good. They did take checks though so you could bounce a manual Whitney check and feed a whole dorm floor

my mother is a Messina cousin, my great grandmother was a Messina. You are correct that the restaurant has been closed for some time now, they do catering and contract food service, including zephyr field

It hasn't been a Circle K in 15 years. It was Circle M until 2018 when it became Super Serve.

I like to imagine you as an old man with a mustache. Who trims and uses mousse because beard oil is so unrefined.

I like to think you plan these threads with personal photos taken from an 01 Kodak digital camera. Because it still works.

You're the only poster who continually starts shittier threads than that annoying cripple.

That's all I got.

How exactly do you know the history about all these places? You like some local street historian?
