Worked 4-10’s and it was great. Now I work 5-8’s cause I have to pick my son up from school. But he starts driving, at the end of February, and it’s back to 4-10’s! You’re already at work, what’s another 2 hrs a day?

I work pretty much 7 days a week. Have to when you own the company

I am retired now, but looking back at my 43 yr career, I’d go for the 4 - 10 hr days per week.

4-10s. Logic being you're already there so what's another 2 hours for another day off? The only thing that fricks this up are clients that have a 5-8 schedule. Just need to get more companies on the same page

4-10s. The hardest part about work is getting up.

Give me a three day option and I’ll take that. I’d probably pass on a two day week. I already work close to 5 12s a week so the three day option is a breeze.

I currently work a 4-10 and I love it. That extra day to the weekend makes a lot of difference

I did four 10’s for a little while, but my job tends to be 24/7, so I ended up working on a lot of my off days. I’m back to five 8’s and just telework 1-2 days a week.
