If it's Richard I like it...
...with one reservation...
We're trying to establish continuity. Will Richard use a good year here to springboard back to the NFL and leave us looking for another replacement in January of 2021?
I think he's a fiery guy and players will like him, and I think he'd do good. But the rumor mill (fwiw) says he has zero interest in recruiting. That's a huge part of being a college coach. Even the very cerebral and introverted Dave Aranda became quite a good recruiter in his own way.
In short, can't fully decide how I feel if indeed it is Richard.

I’ve never seen so many people that wants to be in the know. No one, I repeat no one knows who Coach O is interviewing or is going to hire for the DC opening.

Kris wants to be in the NFL and is putting out feelers right now for a lateral move in the league. If he doesnt get one, he has been offered and will come. The staff put a deadline on it but I'm not sure what day it is.
