2+ weeks ago after it looked as if we were playing against a decent high school team, when in reality, we were playing the #4 ranked team in the country.

I was still nervous af though leading up to the Clemson game

when I saw that Ohio State stopped Clemson's offense 7 times. Became clear that Clemson could not 'hold serve' against LSU's O & D.

When Clemson continued to put # 8, one on one, with Chase lined up on left side.

They knew they could not cover all out receivers on any given play.

100% when 47 was ejected. He was the only thing that seemed to be disrupting BDJ. I called ballgame in the Score Board.

I was more confident going into this game than I was in the games vs. Bama, UGA and Oklahoma. I had just seen LSU perform too well in those games to not be.

I knew once LSU was able to flip the field in the first half the offense would be ok. Unfortunately, it took a bit longer to do so than I'd hoped.

But the Marshall TD was the moment I KNEW it was over. Clearly Burrow felt the same way

the drive when #47 got ejected

I did think we had it when it went to 28-17 and getting the ball at half, but then it went 28-25 and it was back on. As I said above, 100% when this happened. At that point, Clemson could have scored every drive, but so could we, so it didn't matter.

When we went for it on 4th and 3 and the swing pass to CEH picked up the first down.

Up by 17 with 2 minutes left, 1st down on the Clemson 12.

I flat out knew we were going to win.

When Burrow ran for a first down with no time out left at the end of the first half. Burrow played to win the natty.

I thought that was a helluva good sign. They knew they needed to get up quickly or it was all over.

The camera view of Clemson’s players in the tunnel walking to their locker room at the half. They looked shocked and beaten at that moment. Shell shocked and dejected, and it was only the half. If you have it on tape, go back and take a look. It’s very telling.

When Dabo starting whining about location and them being the underdog. He overplayed his hand and lost the mental game.

I never questioned it but I sure was glad to see our team have a series that didn't start on the 1-yard line.

Right after we scored our second touchdown and were still down 17-14, they showed Joe on the sideline with this look of pissed off determination. I said to myself, "This motherfricker won't allow us to lose." That's when I knew.

Also during all his pregame whining when he said this team would not be defined by the score of the game. He knew they didn’t match up well.

I knew when Joe ran the QB draw with 30 seconds left in the first half.

After that scramble I knew we’d score before the half and the game, for all practical purposes, was over.
