I mean you couldn’t possibly think he was gonna be here much longer. He would have been lucky to have him for one year.

Letter of intent, they don’t sign until February. Unless they’ve done early enrollment, they can apply for an appeal

It’s clear that the incoming recruits expected him to be there

I’m pretty positive there isn’t a single current player or incoming recruit that’s happy Brady is leaving.

What do they expect coaches leave all the time? He isn’t taking the fricking offense with him damn.

Arik Gilbert said the new offense was a plus, but he would’ve picked LSU even if he never played football again.

quote:

“The most important thing to me was even if I wasn’t playing football I could go to that school,” he said. “Out of all my other choices, I would go to that school.” Why? “The culture of that school and just walking around that campus is way amazing,” he said. “It was just different.”

Just remember no other college has a Joe Brady. He wasn't going to be at LSU for over 3 years. I am surprised a little he left after this year but 15-0 and all the success on offense Brady struck while the iron was hot.
I think Munoz or someone else will be promoted, I do believe Brady will leave his concepts with LSU going forward to keep the machine rolling.
Remember they'll never be another Burrow though, a once in a generational type QB but LSU will be very good.

I don’t care what anyone says. Brady leaving right after signing an extension was dirty. I’m sure he’s made promises to recruits and that a few signed because they wanted to play in his system. The truth is that Burreaux and other athletes made him, not the other way around

what people forget is how much the players make the coaches look awesome

Burrow is going to be missed so much...he was the engine that made it all look so well oiled...look at those passes and NFL receivers he had to work with...

We need to get our heads right so our expectations aren't so off in left field.

unfortunately, the coaches we end up with, will get the "if only we had Brady"

Don't care. He'll just have to get over it.

Our main competition is supposedly Georgia. He clearly doesn’t give a frick about high powered offenses if he’s considering them

Right
Burrow made Brady look great.
I mean he had great concepts don't get me wrong but it helps to have 5 elite players out in those route. I think e and Brady both called plays at times.
Coach e was def calling the plays last night when they showed him

His experience is so limited. I expected him to be here for at least another year.

Chase and Marshall aren’t happy either.
