Stevens commentary is fair. He is really an OLB that we play in a bunch of random positions within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage.

The defense as a whole started the season a little slow. Between the new offense and injuries they definitely had their lack luster moments.

However, in the back half of the season they have really turned it on. Reminds me of LSU baseball. Plenty of talent, but taking a little while to figure out where everyone fits in. Then turning it on just in time for the post season. No doubt the defense is playing their best ball right now.

They are just saying he doesn't have the elite measurables. However I think he tests really well and believe he's way better capable of making an impact than Ruggs who is pretty much just a deep threat. He isn't soft and he has that dog mentality like Beckham and Landry.
