I don't have a problem with this, as it makes disabled kids who have no control over their situation feel better about themselves.
I do have a problem with the tranny and gay dolls.

My daughters have AG dolls and we have spent a lot of money in their store. It so far hasn’t gone over board SJW and hopefully won’t. This doll is a nice add for those children who are hearing impaired.

except that's not what hearing aids look like now. Far more subtle skin colored inserts in to the ear.
That thing looks like a communication device from 15 years ago. (Can't remember the name, a friend left one here one weekend and we had to fedex it to him and insure it...damned expensive it was.)
