The Rise of Skywalker just killed the franchise (SPOILERS)

The death star destroyers invalidates the entire plot, the entire OT and the franchise as a whole
If he had Imperial 1 star destroyers armed with this weaponry tucked away for all these years, which were built BEFORE the death star, why did he even bother with the plot?
Just send them out to conquer the galaxy.

Yeah saw it today.
Even besides that, this movie was terrible. Who the heck was editing this thing. It felt like it was on 1.5x speed and the first half was jumping from random scene to random scene
Other shite:
Teleporting matter
Random healing snake
2 blue lightsabers (1 should’ve been green)
Civilian ships killing hundred of star destroyers
Lando
How many ominous Scenes of “bad guys are following you from the shadows with orders to kill you on sight”.. but don’t.
Hundreds of star destroyer weapons
The lightening stuff
Everything with Fin, those horse things, and that buck-toothed chick
The terrible pace of the beginning
Leia’s suicide (how)
More I could put

Which means that is something that can happen. . .
. . .So why did Obi-Wan and Yoda stand by while all those innocents on Coruscant were senselessly annihilated.
Ghosts could have gone all Seal Team 6 and murdered the whole crew before a shot was fired.
The families of all the dead rebels should curse Yoda, Obi-Wan, and all the dead Jedi for allowing all of this shite to happen, when they could have stopped it all.

The Death Star was began construction at the beginning of the Clone Wars.
The Sith Fleet didn’t even start being put together until at least after the events of ROTJ 20 something years later. And that’s assuming they started building them right away.
