Favorite Burt Reynolds film?

I never thought he was a great actor but he was huge at the box office.

His films were mostly B level stuff imho but he did push out a a handful of very decent flicks. He just never enjoyed critical acclaim from the so-called movie critics. Movie goers loved him though.

Deliverance was a good one. Outstanding cast.

Sharky's Machine may have been my favorite of his ... filmed in Atlanta. Excellent cast. Rachel Ward was a smoke show but remember the green eyed chinese girl from Big Trouble in Little China? She was in this film as well.

"The End" was hilarious and good at the same time. One of five or six he did with Dom Deluis and Sally Fields.

The Longest Yard is a classic.

The Man who Loved Cat Dancing was excellent. Sara Miles and he had good chemistry.

I also like The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas for some reason. He actually did eight to ten films with Charles Durning.
