Yea I enjoy cbs coverage, aesthetically speaking it’s the best. Yes Gary’s annoying and the games last 6 hours but it has that feel to it.

That’s a shame as nessler just arrived.

I am assuming this will force ESPN to move even more inventory to the conference networks. They will have a shite load of games.

This. CBS camera work and video quality has been superior to everyone else since the 1970s. It's a loss for SEC fans.

Yea they really understand the pageantry, especially as it pertains to the SEC.

I don’t dislike espn/abc coverage but it definitely has a more watered down “Oh, hey, here’s a game of football” feel to it.

Multiple sources said ESPN/ABC is in the final stages of negotiating a deal that is expected to pay more than six times the $55 million per year fee that CBS currently pays, sources said. Fox Sports execs still are planning to make an official bid presentation at SEC HQ in Birmingham next month. But sources say ESPN’s negotiations are in the final stages. ESPN and Fox Sports would not comment.

Can't wait until Disney demands the SEC hire tranny referees and schools have tranny cheerleaders with full access to the girl's dressing room and showers.

The SEC on CBS broadcast is pure southern Americana. It had an enjoyable kinda corniness to it.

Unlike ESPN which is just soulless garbo

Every home game at night. No more 2:30 bs, no more 5 hour games, and no more Gary. Sucks we have to endure 4 more seasons with cbs
