This may have come up previously, but have to say I was a little bit caught off guard when Curry came in at the end rather than Emery. Anybody got any insight on this?

I believe this was the second game in a row too. I was very surprised. Emery has played in more than 4 games, hasn't he? That's the only reason I can think of for him not playing at all in the last 2 blowouts.

I'll trust the coaches, but I still think Emery will make a big impact on this offense

Yes, he has played in 5 games. This was about keeping Curry as the 3rd RB. LSU will need at least 4 for next season.

Curry is a between the tackles guy. Clock killer. Not sure if Emery is that.

Yea this is to help get curry to stay or else we'll have 2 scholarship RBs next year as of rn or 3 if we get one this recruiting cycle which is looking good with Evans

It was a skill set decision. Did you see curry hit the hole and get yards? That’s not emery’s game. We needed what curry brought to help close out the game.

Second ignorant statement ive seen today...Why do you think this? He is better than Curry...and once he gets to know the playbook better he will become better the TDP especially catching out of the backfield...he is a freshman he needs time to grow a little..

It’s not what I want. It’s just the mindset of today’s college athletes. Either play me now or I will leave and play elsewhere. It’s ridiculous but it’s also fact

Look at Jacoby Steven's, ability was always there. It is just that people adjust differently. When it turns on for Emery, he will be a STUD.

Emery isn’t good enough right now and that’s the only answer. He may never be good enough either, it happens all the time.

This was to offer an olive branch to Curry

Must be some kind of in house suspension is my guess
If Emery can't see his future in this offense and get his act together than it's going to be his loss

Those decisions are made on an individual basis

You sound stupid

So how do you know that Emery is better than Curry? Do you attend practices and film studies with the team?

Did I say they were not made on an individual basis? It’s my opinion based on what I’ve seen
