I've always gone to the American Bar located at Austurstræti 8 which is near the Parliament building in downtown Reykjavik.
They have multiple TV's always showing sports events but you may have to ask them to turn one on to the SEC Championship game. All the employees speak English and are very accommodating to Americans. The food is not bad either.

I would try this place. I understand it has since been renamed the Chuck Norris Wears Joe Burreaux Pajamas Grill. It's on Laugavegur in downtown Reykjavik.
