They have only had one coaching search since 1963 and they hired a bum after only a 4 day search. It's a rotten fan base and a incompetent athletic department that hasn't got a frickin clue. Bob Stoops. So frickin stupid

I like Kiffin, but he has not been great anywhere as a head coach. He is not terrible but the hype does not match what he actually is. He was born on 3rd base, that’s it.

He was brought up on a FSU podcast and they were very anti Kiffin. A source who worked with him said he was unorganized and called him the "white Willie Taggart".

What's to great about him?
He was mediocre at Tennessee and USC.
He's won a lot of C-USA games, but when he steps outside that league ooc to AAC or P5 it's a debacle.

Because FSU doesn't want to take another chance right now. They became an elite program, but another bad hire would be kind of devastating right now.
I said in another thread on this board that I wouldn't be surprised if Kiffin ended up at Alabama after Saban retires, which is different than I expect it, which I don't.
Kiffin needs to change his lifestyle. Programs like Alabama or even FSU won't take a chance on a wild and crazy playboy type. He needs to settle the frick down and prove that he's focus in on being a great football coach, and not just an entertaining guy that is also a good coach.
If he does this, he could become a very rich man.
