Anybody that didn’t realize the hip injury vs Miss State would impact his entire game lifelong is a moron.

Thats a troll account i think but bama has always been dirty Paul Dietzel said in the 50s that Bear Bryant was paying kids

If you don’t think Tenn and every other SEC contender didn’t pay, then you are very naive.

When Phil Fulmer was the “secret witness “ trying to get Alabama busted the ncaa investigator asked Kenny Smith if Alabama had offered him incentives. He said “no but Tennessee did”.

Damn. You must be very old to have lived through that era. No wonder you’re so bitter.

Do athletes have any less of an opportunity to get a degree now vs. before NIL and the portal? Not at all.

It isn’t about opportunity. It’s about the reality of it all. When a student (snicker) transfers, often all of his subject credits don’t qualify for the degree (guffaw) he is pursuing (I’m cracking up here) at the next school. Not long ago the player had to be progressing to his degree to supposedly stay eligible. That’s a joke of gigantic proportion now even moreso than ever. Most of these players probably don’t read or math at a high school senior level. “Student athlete “ is a fkn joke
The video is saw, he was talking about putting the emphasis back on graduating.

As for “NIL” , most coaches and administrators nationwide know it’s just pay for play, but sure, the pay for play is driving the transfer portal, which is impacting the actual progress to an education and degree.

I believe they’re about to make Saban the commissioner of CFB.

Would probably be great for the sport but he’s got a lot going on already.

there are 15 Fortune 500 companies headquartered in Georgia.

And most of them have moved into Georgia from out of state and have zero to do with UGA. In fact, most of them are located in and around Atlanta. It appears that Georgia Tech is getting serious about football again, and those Atlanta based transplants may very well be more likely to support Tech than UGA
He’s just never been an elite coach

Kiffin was 7-6 at Tennessee, 28-15 at USC, 26-13 at Florida Atlantic ( are they even division 1 ?), and 32-17 in the SEC at Ole Miss.
I regret they kicked our arse but they are fun to watch
What a joke. The 2019 LSU team defense was 8th in a 14 team SEC.
Keelon Russell. Practice observers call him a bonafide dual threat
Kiffin was 7-6 at Tennessee, 28-15 at USC for goodness sake, 26-13 at Florida Atlantic ( are they even division 1 ?), and 32-17 in the SEC at Ole Miss.

I know Nussmeier was the front runner with Klubnik from Clemson in the preseason this year

Nussmeir was a joke contender all along and I said it before the season. You can find it in my post history if you are so inclined.

Manning is an actual contender next year.
Kiffin was 7-6 at Tennessee, 28-15 at USC for goodness sake, 26-13 at Florida Atlantic ( are they even division 1 ?), and 32-17 in the SEC at Ole Miss.

Not exactly a stellar record.

They actually would have been pretty good this season if they just had a decent QB.

True. They chose badly at that position

Why do you say that Milner?

Actually I was just pulling a few chains but since this morning I have read that at least one source (and I have no clue who that would be) thinks it’s down to A&M and Alabama, at least in part due to Nix.

developed s pretty good team. I was privately kind of sweating that.

Thankfully Auburn is more dysfunctional than even Alabama in the 1980s post Bryant

Woohoo !!
Not sure you guys understand the purpose of SECRant
