Insect/Bug ID help needed

Getting chairs and stuff out of the shed and found these little spikey white ball things growing in a web around the handles of my job box. They are about the size of an M&M. Apparently they kill the roaches though

I'm looking for a non-fire alternative before I legitimately burn it to the ground. It's only a little 5×10 shed probably 100 ft from the house and a solid football field from the next nearest structure. Guarantee the laws and firemen would be out here within though.
