I honestly think OSU would beat Bama just as bad as 2014. I think we are just as complete a team as that year and Bama is worse.

It’s odd that the coaches poll and the A.P. both have LSU in first by a large margin, but this committee has a different view? Are they watching secret tape not available to the public?

And this is why I have a huge fricking problem with the rankings. Texas isn’t “good enough” to bump up LSU’s strength of schedule but it was “good enough” to bump Baylor 5 spots.
So which is it, playoff comshitty? Is Texas a good win or did you guys shite the bed by bumping Baylor that many spots for beating them?

What Paul said might be true? Do you think the committee would admit it? No they wouldn't admit it!!Every person in college football, coaches, ADs, and fans know it would be wrong to reward Bama, and Nick Saban for playing a weak arse schedule,and giving them a week off from a physical game SECCG, and finally giving them 5 weeks to heal and prep for the 1 team that beat them at home.

I hope we beat whoever we play, but in a worse case scenario we all know it would be better for us in recruiting, and our players coaches pyche if we lost to Clemson instead of Bama.

I watched that game Saturday, unbiased, just to see the hype. Clifford is garbage, we’ve faced better in Nix and Trask, not to mention Tua. Fields floats his deep balls, so much so that lost DBs had a chance to catch up. Least not forget that the SEC is well aware of Fields. Complete team my arse!

LSU is the best team I’ve seen this year,but OSU has been spectacular as well. This is all still preliminary so gnashing teeth about it is kind of early. I do think the committee would like to not have an LSU -UA rematch in the semifinal if they can help it though and they arrange some of these rankings with an eye towards matchups. It made no difference to have UGA at 4 or 5 as their playin game is the SECCG
