Exactly. This is great for the consumer.
Should cause other manufacturers to step up their game bc this thing kicks other trucks arse in every spec.

I got the go ahead from the wife finally today to reserve this truck. And somehow even she was excited to watch the live stream. 1 second after we saw it, nope. No thanks on reserving, don't want it.

I will just have to see it to believe it. This truck feels more like a novelty truck, the complete opposite of what Elon plans for this truck to be.

I also feel like we're really not talking enough about the fact that they threw ball bearings at both windows, and they actually broke, and Elon had to complete the presentation with 2 huge broken windows right behind him.
And with that, I'm off to bed...totally letdown.

Hard lines aren't awful, but these are just too hard. The body panels are stainless and 3X thicker than typical body panels, so I guess it's not exactly easy to form to curvier shapes. And if they're not willing to compromise on the "bulletproof" aspect, I'm not sure how much they could soften the styling.
