The mid 2000s Trailblazer was a perfect size SUV in my opinion. Too bad it’s now a station wagon.

This car will look good sitting in the parking lots at the buyers’ cubicle job 75 percent of the time.

This looks more like a Tracker than a Trailblazer.

Except a tracker was one of the finest true 4x4 platforms ever created

....for offroading that is. They sucked to drive anywhere but offroad.

The inline 6 cylinder from the old Trailblazer was a good engine. Had the right amount of power and a smooth delivery.

I had 2 Trailblazers from 2003-2011. I loved them. This is just sad.

I did have transmission troubles with my 2nd Trailblazer once I got to 140k miles.

the new Trailblazer will have a turbocharged 3 cylinder engine with a 9 speed automatic.

GM can't even make a decent 4cyl, 5sp automatic.

FYI, they are getting this 3 cylinder beast from Opel

What's up with the different color roof? Toyota did this with the FJ cruiser as a hint back to the old models but i think it looks better if the roof and care are all one color. The only exception is a tan soft top on a jeep.

Looks better than the new Blazer, IMO. I like the two tone roof.

It seems to be a trend in smaller vehicles.

I call it the "Mini Cooper" look

It's a nice looking vehicle and I'm sure it will sell very well.

They should rename it.

So, is this the same as the Blazer, which has been for sale now for over a year?
Or is this going to replace the Blazer?

The 6.0l awd was good for a laugh.

Especially with a turbo.

I miss the days of the body on frame SUV's. They are a dying breed. What they did to the Pathfinder still sickens me.

This and the new defender are tragedies

The new Defender is going to fail, it looks very feminine.

It also looks too much like the rest of the lineup, and so rather than growing their customer base, by offering something new and unique, their Defender will just cannibalize existing sales.

It’s a real shame.

I am excited about the Ineos Grenadier though.
