Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce

Panola hot sauce is the GOAT Louisiana sauce. Perfect heat. Not too much vinegar. Yes, it’s from NELA, but it’s the best. If you haven’t tried it, you should.

Seconded

(Since I have a personal Panola hookup, I have all the varieties.)

I too like the regular best.

I always keep Tiger, Cholula, Crystal, Sriracha, and a couple random ones around. Usually have at least 6-7 in the cupboard.

This is my new favorite. Its fruity but has great flavor and nice heat. It is Habanero based so its quite a bit spicier than a Tabasco based sauce.

Cholula Hot Sauce

I used to love Cholula but I think they changed their recipe recently or something because the last couple of bottles I’ve had I haven’t enjoyed.

Nevermind it was Yucateo Kutbilik? Different flavor, but same brand. shite fricked my stomach up for two days and I love hot sauce/spicy food.

I've got about 16 or so bottles from heatonist. These are my favorites right now. I just got a few more but haven't tried them yet.
