He has plenty of money and the game is passing him by. His Schtick has gotten old and when he has the opportunity he tries his best to make it look like he is actually in control... this dude doesn’t want back in the NFL. Does anybody think any NFL team actually gives him a shot?

He wants attention. People started forgetting about him.

I mean by all accounts at his tryout he looked in shape and maintaining skills. That's a lot of commitment for a guy who didn't want to make a comeback

I doubt the NFL gives him a shot though.

He will sign if someone gives him starter money, which won’t happen and he knows that. It’s all part of his bizarre “slave” narrative while collecting millions on a Nike deal

Who knows at this point.

But as someone who supported his initial message & protest, it’s getting harder to defend him at this point. Him & his antics have completely taken away from that initial message.

He is making way more money being a victim, his antics yesterday show he has no desire to actually play another down in the NFL.

Any NFL shot he had is done. Maybe one or two teams wanted to take a chance. Not anymore.

He can focus 100% of his efforts on being a professional victim.

I doubt he really wants to play again. The shitshow with moving the workout 20 minutes before 24 teams were planning to be there to another location an hour away, the Kunta Kinte shirt, and then his comments afterward show he’s only interested in continuing his career pretending to be a martyr. If thats how he acts for his workout / interview, a team would have to be crazy to want to put up with that nonsense from a backup QB

He wore a shirt to his workout that said "Kunta Kinte". He doesn't care about playing football (if he did, he would be on a roster already). He just wants to play activist because the lap dogs in the media eat that stupid shite up.

He has the ability, but no team wants the circus and headache that comes with putting him on their roster and I don’t blame them. He was released because he was a huge distraction and a cancer in the 49ers locker room, not because of his political beliefs and nothing from his post workout interview says that would change if he got picked up by another team.

Not me, otherwise he wouldn't be doing this bullshite that keeps precluding him from receiving offers. To be fair, from the very beginning the NFL screwed their reaction to the sitting/kneeling protest up by not nipping it in the bud immediately and by playing both sides. In other words, Goodell and the owners are the antithesis of David Stern.

I downvoted.

Not because I think Kaepernick should be playing (don't really care either way - stand, kneel...don't care...win games).

No, I downvoted because these titles...

...while I know we're not on a MENSA message board, are loathsome and irritating.

You mean want in as in do anything he has to do to get in like someone who loves the game would do? Absolutely not, that much is clear.

He's nothing but an opportunist and a fraud IMO.
