Widower 2 1/2 years now. Think I read some posts that were on point. Protect yourself, protect your finances.

Don’t force it, allow it to come find you. If you intend on bringing someone to your home, make sure it is not a shrine to your deceased husband.

Read and follow blog by Abel Keogh. Excellent advice geared towards widows
