This combined with the fact that San Fran will no longer be prosecuting "Quality of Life" crimes is only making me want to dress up as a homeless person and go shite on some liberals cars in san Francisco on my holiday.

She needs to have a little more perspective. Homeless people have a unique vibrant culture of their own. He was probably just trying to initiate her into their clan, and this is all a giant misunderstanding. This lady needs to look into the rich tradition of Homeless Fecal Expression rituals. They can often look barbaric to our untrained eyes, but this fellow was more than likely trying to honor her presence in his territory.

They should allocate some money to fund programs that educate citizens on the shortcomings of dumping buckets of diarrhea on pedestrians

There is a video on Twitter making its way around now of a cop arresting a guy for eating a sandwich in the street by a café. Apparently, it is illegal to do this.
So, this video shows this guy cursing the cop up and down, etc. Cop is doing his job.
Naturally, the Filth replying to it are calling everyone racist (eater is black) but are failing to grasp how they go to this point.
No doubt the gentleman being harassed assisted in voting for those policies.
