What if there is no coke? The guy just said you had the coke and he happens to be your business partner who is screwing your wife and who will take over your business if you are sent to jail. Still doesn’t matter what the motive is?

In a custody battle, would you want the judge to take your husband’s word as gospel for every accusation without motive?
His motive is his interpretation. His interpretation is the evidence.
