The three toughest games LSU has played Texas, Florida and Auburn all had average running backs or below average running backs. Do you think Robinson or Harris pose a real threat to LSU's front seven?
I have a feeling that bama will try to ground and pound LSU to protect tua.

We have a pretty good run defense.
If it limits the opportunities from their explosive wide outs I wouldn't be offended if they went this route.

Once Aranda figures out the plan, adjustments will be made accordingly.

Yes. Harris will have over 100 yds. I also think Clyde will get his 100 yds as well, so the running games will be evenly matched.

I would welcome Alabama abandoning their offensive identity and try and run the ball all game.
Do not see why they would take the ball out of arguably the best QB to play at Alabamas hands. But I would be ok if they did.

Omg. I haven't thought of that. Frick, and I've already made a bet. I am SCARED now. Thanks.

Why worry?
Enjoy the game. This type of matchup doesn't happen often. We will win or not, nothing you can do to change it.

Florida’s running back is pretty good.
Auburn’s isn’t bad. Miss States isn’t bad.

Everyone is expecting a wild shootout and I don't see it. Bama's going to try to ball control by running the ball.

You worry too much...drink a beer smoke a bowl and go to bed.

Kylin Hill, Lamical Perine, DJ Williams, Kam Martin, Whitlow. None of those are bad backs.

Bama like LSU will try to establish the run. Bama will do it to protect Tua and set up the slants. LSU will try to make Bama commit more to the secondary and set up the run for CEH and company. Auburn did this.
Gotta stop the run!!! Got to get Tua in predictable situations.

Bama isn’t as great and almighty as you think they are. We’ll be just fine.

Both teams have very good coaching staffs. Adjustments will be made based on aggressiveness and affectedness of the offenses. Period.

No, LSU will eat that up all day.
I don't care what anyone has been saying, Harris isn't better than CEH. He might be a better pro prospect, but from what he's shown on the field the last 2 years I'm not convinced he's a better college RB than CEH. They're different backs, but as far as production they're very close. I would give CEH the edge because he's had more clutch runs can create more out of nothing, imo.
But they are both slightly above average, imo.
ETA: Before Auburn played us, they had a top 10 rush offense in the country - so I don't know what you meant by that. They had 240 rush yds/game coming into LSU, we held them to 130.

Harris will get his. Bama always runs well against us. I think Bama’s rushing attack will be the surprise of this game.

Correct, it’s not a matter of who’s the better RB, it’s a matter of who’s the better running back for the system they are running. I’ve got Clyde for running the RPO.

Alabama can do damage in the running game...but if you offered it, I'd LOVE to have to try and stop that vs. their passing game.
