Let me try this again at the correct board.
What do I have to look forward too coming upon my 40s?

Any of you guys supplementing with your physical fitness?
Any of you Baws over 30 starting testosterone?
How Helpful are these amazon reviews, because everyone I read IFIMO. (I Feel I am Missing Out).
If so what do you find helps with Fat loss? Recovery/Soreness? Sleeping? Hunger Control? Endurance?
What is your routine?
Were you always muscular/athletic, fat, somewhere in the middle. ( whats your story)
What has been the biggest benefit?
What has been the biggest help?
How Long have you been in or at it?

Some on here are prescribed test.

Only supplements that are worth it IMO: protein, creatine, fish oil and maybe CLA. Try to be careful when buying supplements. It is an extremely predatory market with no regulation.

Fat Loss: eating in a calorie deficit is number one. You can try different things to get to a deficit like keto or intermittent fasting but fat loss, at the end of the day, is eating less than you burn.

Always make sure you’re getting enough sleep. It varies by person, but generally try to always get 7 hours in. The more the better.

I run linear progression programs, most of them are styled as “powerbuilding.” Based on the simple premise that if you get strong, you will look good.

Story: I am a naturally skinny guy. Before I started lifting, was 145 lbs at 5’10”. Started lifting and now I’m 170 with a pretty low body fat % and I’m also pretty damn strong for that size. Always was athletic, I was just small.

Biggest help is just realizing that you are what what you eat. Without diet, you’ll experience some changes in your body but you’ll never get over the mountain without eating right (unless you are just a generic freak).

Yes. Protein, creatine are gold standards. Figure out if you're deficient in anything else, if you are, take it.

Not me, but I know some here do.

Amazon...you get the wisdom of randos on the internet with very little way to distinguish credibility.

Diet.

Lotta questions. Properly planned diet and sleep hygiene go a long way.

Westside based template. Not what I'd recommend for beginners, but I've been lifting a while.

Skinny. I was a D1 basketball walk on, where being skinny didn't hurt much. Adding size in a healthy way is always my challenge.

It makes me feel like I'm still an athlete, and exercise has a ton of benefit.

Figuring out what motivates me.

I got out of lifting in law school after college. About 27-28, I found powerlifting and strongman motivated me and have been at it ever since.

Taking pictures of my body when i started and then the same pics every 2 weeks to see the progress. Also good music playlists have helped.
