I got a benchmade grizzly creek. Skinned a doe Friday night with it, first one. My dad, who has butchered many a deer fell in love with it. It ain’t cheap. I got it as a Christmas present. Great blade with a gut hook in the handle.

The cheap gut hook from academy to unzip the skin.
Something with the replaceable blades to skin.
Then a dexter boning to finish up.

Havalon Piranta or Havalon Bolt. Super sharp and when it gets dull you just change the blade. Comes with a dozen replacement blades. Makes skinning a deer easy.

I love Raptor Razor. It’s different meaning it’s ergonomically different. I love the knives and the T handle design.

I have been using the outdoor edge butcher kit lite for the last few years with no complaints. Blades take an edge well from the worksharp. Battery powered sawzall makes short work of the ribs as well.
