Isn't Tua still questionable. It will go up if he is definitely going to play and healthy.
I would wait on the money line if you are going with LSU, unless you think he is not going to play or his play will be severely diminished by his injury.

I can assure you they are assuming g he will play. Tge line will not move if there is a "formal" announcement that he is playing.
As far as "healthy", absolutely no one will know the answer to that until the game and he takes his first hit.
