there are no new trends. they've been doing the same poses for a long time now

-fuzzy boots/tights pic super filtered with coffee in hand
-new hair pic, from the back, with her stylist tagged
-closeup face pic but eyes cut in other direction, also filtered (i want you to think im up to something)

I don't mind most IG trends, but one that really annoys me is people who post "candid" shots that are not actually candid at a restaurant or whatever. You're not famous. Nobody is following around capturing you laughing at the dinner table with your friends. Quit pretending it wasn't a planned photo.
Even Yelp of all places is littered with these photos. Especially if you're looking at hipper spots in big cities like L.A. Bitch I'm looking at the photos to see what the food looks like.. Not to see some rando posing with their plate in front of them and glass of wine in hand.
