Economics
Ethics
Anthropology 1001
Geography 1001
Religion 1005
Philosophy 1000

But as anyone will tell you, it's more important to make sure you get the right professor. They will make or break the class.

Take those social justice classes, especially the ones for Black students at LSU. Some one posted them before on here. They are quite the classes.

Depends on the prof, always. You can make any subject as easy or hard as you want. Shoot, one of my easiest classes at LSU was physics. Not only would the prof give you half credit for getting the unit of measurement correct, she’d phrase the problems as “how long in meters would the rock be thrown?”

One of my harder classes was music appreciation. The teacher's special area of interest was Balinese tribal music and he damn sure wanted us to learn all about it too.
