Won them in a giveaway; hopefully, it comes with Pepto and a gallon of milk. Looking for any ideas or recipes on how to properly use them?

I'd pickle them or throw some bits in a bottle with vinegar and make a hot sauce.

Just take a lighter and set your arse on fire. It’ll cut out the middle man.

This is the only thing I have found them useful for.

Pepper jelly but use the Reaper sparingly along with red, green, yellow bell peppers.

Hot sauce, and like already mentioned---chop a bit up and put it in a bottle of vinegar with a bit of salt and let it do its thing. You will wind up with some spicy vinegar for beans, salads, etc.

You could dry them and grind them to use as pepper flakes, again sparingly.

A dozen is not all that many to deal with.

Or just for shits and giggles, get a dozen of your friends and issue a pepper challenge. Be sure to video it and put it on u-tube.

ETA: If you decide to chop them up in any way, be sure to wear latex gloves or you will hate your life for a few hours-----minimum

Boil some peanuts. Drop one in the boil pot, or half of one.

I'd dehydrate and make pepper flakes. Good over scrambled eggs!
