CNN is like getting USA Today at your hotel room door. It's bland stuff.
If you want opinionated TV news go for Fox or MSNBC. If you want in depth and intelligent coverage go for PBS or BBC.
I will watch CNN for basic what's happening news or for breaking coverage. Otherwise it's a bore. I get sports scores from USA Today when I'm on the road.

It's been at least 5-6 years since anyone could even begin to argue with a straight face that CNN was the "bland vanilla" counterpoint to "opinionated" Fox or MSNBC.

Seriously, Fox is ok to listen to. I do a bit, a good bit at times, however there is no central command for conservatives. We believe in doing our own research and not afraid to listen to other points of view.
As opposed to conservatives, the Progs and their overlord news agencies that speak in lockstep and demand adhesion to their edicts or face shunning up to the point of violent retaliation...it truly is like a cult. If you're looking for delusion, this is the correct tree to bark up. Woof woof!
