Napolitano just said in a spot on Fox news (sorry no link) that Judge Scalia told him the FBI listened in on conversations of the court, as in Supreme Court?

I've heard that before. Scalia had made claims to that effect a number of times. I'll see if I can find a source.
That's what people don't understand. Spygate wasn't about Trump. Spygate has always been about the Obama administration running roughshod over the privacy protections of US citizens, of whom Donald Trump was a target.
They spied on Trump, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Scalia, likely CJ John Roberts and myriad journalists.

Heard it awhile ago and should not surprise anyone that it took place. Guarantee you they tapped John Roberts and found something to hold over his head so he would flip in HusseinCare. I’m convinced they murdered Scalia as well.
