White House blocks Ambassador to EU from testifying this morning, Schiff 9:30 presser now

Set to testify in less than an hour and WH blocks it.
Gordon Sondland has been told by State Department to refuse testifying, per his attorney.
Schiff will now hold a 9:30am press conference
Schiff now drafting a subpoena for Sondland to force him to testify later today
Sondland's attorney:
Gordon Sondland is upset that he does not get to testify today, but as a member of the State Department, he must follow orders from Pompeo

Voluntary. Schiff is attempting to draft a subpoena currently to compel him.
