Why didn’t Ken Starr give Monica Lewinsky Whistleblower status ?

She could have stayed anonymous. Unlike the trump whistleblower she fits the correct definition of having first hand knowledge of the complaint. The trump whistleblower isn’t even a whistleblower and deserves no such anonymous protection

Well, for starters, Lewinsky did not figuratively blow a whistle....that was Linda Tripp. Monica however did blow a "whistle".......looking back at it, can't really blame Bill for that
