Exactly

If you stuck Bregmans heart in Correas body he’d be the goat. Instead he’s a guy that at times bats seventh in this lineup

Is it possible that, even with the Yankees in the playoffs, the Astros are the "bad guys" that everybody roots against?

Potentially...

Best record in MLB
Rookie of the Year
Cy Young winner
Cy Young runner up
MVP

I look forward to the 30 for 30 on Correa's career. The player before and after Miss Texas.

Possibly but I think we’ve got a likable group of guys...if we were to win another then I could see us being the villains. Maybe more so fatigue like the Dodgers

Don’t really remember thinking that about the Giants though when they won 3 in 6 years

Feel like most neutrals would still be pulling for us over NYY if we meet this October

There’s an article on the athletic about how while there have been other elite pitching duos in history verlander and cole are the only ones who basically are the same.

Without getting into the weeds of the article there was a comment “this is why baseball needs to institute a salary cap”. Obviously the poster had no knowledge of how we obtained our starters but instantly put us in the vein of late 90s early 00 Yankees hate

Justin Smoak just hit a 2 run homer to give Toronto a 4-3 lead in the 7th over NYY

He has no out pitch. He’s had like 3 batters down in the count and couldn’t close.

This might be his 4th start with us allowing at least 4 runs or more.

I've said since the AS break the Astros should have home field, they had the easier schedule, better pitching, and less injuries. No reason for them not to win

We better score three runs here if Hinch plans on bringing greinke back out.
