You realize it's possible to have documents, statements, testimonies etc. turned over for a civil suit if the criminal investigation is over, correct?
The only thing she loses by pressing charges is time. If they don't find enough to pursue the case, she then files a civil suit and requests the information gathered by the police.

They may try plead down the 1 charge. But Rape one may be tough to prove

He then asserts his stature as a successful athlete by slandering the young ladies own athletics accolades. And once again, pointing out he climaxes on her back.
