Is CBS kicking themselves for selecting their night game to be Georgia vs Notre Dame...

..after seeing LSU the first two weeks?
If both teams hold serve, it’ll be another Top 4 matchup between LSU & Alabama, but with LSU having an actual offense.

No, ND is huge draw and even though it may not end up being the biggest game it's still guaranteed a huge rating.

LSU/Bama hasn’t been a competitive game recently. LSU hasn’t done its part imo

In 2011 CBS used their night game for something else, but when LSU and Bama were undefeated they sold their soul to ESPN to get that game at night (I think they gave up 2 "first picks" the following year plus a crap ton of cash).

If it turns out to be a top 4 matchup, you can bet your a$$ that CBS will find a way to air it at night in prime time.

Wait....LSU fans have said they don't want this game to be a CBS primetime game. They don't want it to be after an open date. They want it to be earlier in the schedule. The game is too big. Fans want to run from Bama because, gosh, it's too hard.
Now you want to run into the mouth of the dragon at primetime? LSU can't possibly do that. LSU fans have said so. We need to change the time of the game, the spot on the schedule, the open date. The fans know best.

frick Notre Dame ! They play a pussy schedule & refuse to join a conference!!! Yet every year they get to play for a chance to win the National Champ.!
