Is there actually that many people out there so worried about getting HIV that they are willing to take a pill, whose side effects sound like imminent death, in order to improve there chances of not getting HIV. The advertising budget for this pill has got to be astronomical.
Side note: if I were a struggling actor, I would rather live under the overpass before I took a gig portraying a cocksucker peddling an AIDS pill

Yes, because the alternative is to not have butt sex or share needles, and life without that isn’t worth living.

When the purple hair tranny yells "I'm on the pill!"

That commercial has it all. Dudes doing ballet, trannies, etc. My paw paw would roll over in his grave if he saw that shite

I don’t think there is one straight person in that whole commercial

You must be watching the Logo channel or Bravo 24/7, because i’ve never seen a commercial like this.

HIV is still highly prevalent among the gay community. About 80% of new HIV cases come from about 5% of the population. They have a pill that can effectively prevent HIV and market it towards the highest risk demographic. Really not that complicated to understand for anyone with a moderate intelligence level

Are you really confused as to why someone in a community plagued by HIV would take a pill that almost eliminates the chances of contracting HIV?

This is the second mention of truvada I’ve seen on the OT today. Fellas, is the OT gay?

Since they are so concerned about the bag they are about to bag there is absolutely no way they could save the money and the side effects and just get them tested.

The best part about the commercial is when the guy says “I’m on the pill, but it’s not birth control.”
Thanks for clarifying that for us buddy, but no matter how many loads you take you can’t get pregnant

That purple-haired man gives the camera a real "frick me, baby" look, too, with a little half wink. I guarantee you he has no trouble finding someone random to wake up with on Sunday morning.

Truvada is mainly for the Poli Board types who cruise park restrooms so they don't spread diseases to their unsuspecting sweathog wives.

Do you see the people on the commercial? It’s mostly gay men and a tranny. Those groups are VERY worried about HIV because it’s very prevalent among them

I thought it was a commercial for hotels.

If you pay attention, most of the pharma commercials are high cost drugs targeted towards the medicaid population. Medicaid has zero copay, and is required to provide almost everything. The only thing standing between the sale is a doctor’s prescription.

And why is it that the only straight couple is black? That's racist.

“Sometimes we wear condoms, but other times...we just forget.”

So many gays on that commercial
