If you had to live somewhere outside of the continental United States, where would it be and why?
Pretend that money and cost of living is no issue

Australia, New Zealand, or Italian/Swiss border region.

Argentina, Chile, Estonia, Czechia, or Greece, realistically.
Unrealistically: Monaco, Andorra, or Lichtenstein.

Brussels, Belgium or Madrid, Spain. Spent time and enjoyed the city and the people. It's really easy to travel to other countries Europe.
I've had a couple friends live in Madrid and they never stop talking about how great it was. I'd take their word for it and give it a go.

For which reasons?

I spent five years in Australia already, so I guess there. Half that time was in Sydney; the other half was in a small coastal town about three hours south. I loved living in the small town. Australians are great.

I totally misread the title, oops. It's early.

Scenery, quality of life. Both have similarities with the area I live now.

Medellín, Colombia. 72 degrees every month of the year.

It sucks that the places with the best landscape are shithole countries. I'd love to live in Mexico if it weren't for the violence.
