People don’t like Lebron or AD, athletes they have never once met, so they are happy another random teammate they have never met is injured and can’t perform their job
It’s remarkable really. Imagine if Lebron was happy that vanilla ices co worker in accounts receivable got really ill and couldn’t come into work

Cousins has a personal history with NO fans, hence the attitudes toward his injuries.
He went out of his way to be an a-hole last season as the Pels were going through turmoil, so the fans have been giving it right back to him since his torn quad during the playoffs.
