That's a good question. I'm not even asking for the video to be released at this point. I'm asking for someone to say that they reviewed the video and saw noone enter the cell, or say that someone did. The thing about this situation is that if they have reviewed it they should be willing to take a stance on what the truth is. The longer they delay, the more it breeds conspiracy theories.
When they take this much time to inform the public it leads me to believe that noone knows what the narrative is yet, and they are formulating one as we speak.
Do they have the videos? If they do, then go ahead and put all this shite to rest. My instinct is that they have the videos, and they aren't sure how to handle this situation in a way which will not lead to public outcry.

I was only commenting that a person killing themselves by a bed sheet around the neck fastened to a bed is not far-fetched at all.

My belief is the dude killed himself and shitty guards allowed it to happen because, well, they are shitty.
The jail is probably more worried about not saying the wrong thing because the consequences are bigger than Epstein if they are seen to be inept.

I think that is certainly a possibility. Maybe as much of one as the dude getting whacked. But the longer they take to address this the more it stinks. I think in a high profile case like this they need to come forward with the truth to the public, and it is their civic duty to do so. When they don't, it is not irrational to feel that they are pulling the wool over our eyes.

Hasn't happened in over 40 years at MMC. Sure, it's possible, especially given who he was, but that's still suspicious.
