...and he's calculated that the LSU basketball players walk between 1.81 and 2.62 miles a day going to and from the locker room, weight room, basketball offices, and practice facility. This adds up to 5 days a year of lost time just "walking around". This inefficiency drives him nuts.

5:00 mark

The good news is Woody & Co will get this fixed, because they want to win championships.

Why doesn't he just make them sprint and save some time on conditioning?

He is a physco. In a good way I guess. This is ankle biter stuff. For wade to kind of pile on and make negative comments about perceived deficiencies some of which have been long known... PMAC .. for instance.. not good timing. LSU basketball has outstanding facilities. Could they be better yes. At this point we have had one season. We might have a bunch of sold tickets but our actual attendance is very light. We have an awful home preseason schedule. Awful as in very little reason to go to any of the games. Anyway. Looking for a great season. Hoping that the facilities get funded eventually. Making a public fuss rather. Than just talking to Woodward and the TAF was not a good plan.

Wade is speaking truth.

The fans that don’t like him, don’t want to hear it.

If they would just take Will out of the equation of a moment.

If you better your facilities, then it would help whoever the coach would be at LSU. It’s for the players. Wade is just the spokesperson to get this point across for his players.

I don’t understand the supposed LSU fans that don’t like Will Wade. It makes zero sense at all.

It's completely baffling how they built that practice facility and had no thoughts of combining all of the auxiliary pieces(offices, weight rooms, etc.) into one building at that time. How did that get through the design phase, approval by AD and the coaches, etc?

There’s a common thread amongst the “fans” who don’t like Coach Wade. They tend to be more loyal not to the school, but to another head coach from a different sport.

Wade’s big push is to consolidate all the basketball facilities in one location.

Coach’s offices, weight room, training room, etc. are all to be in a new addition to the relatively new practice gym.

That’s where the emphasis is. That’s where the players “live” and he wants them there and productive.

This is absolute fact. Take a look at the Wade bashers in football threads. It's very very sad, but they are extremely insecure and got pissed at the success of Wade.

He got Watford because he and his dad both fell in love with Wade’s attention to detail.

We’ll continue to get high quality players from good families because of this.
