Hitler's doctor reportedly gave him Cocaine, Meth, and opioids like oxycodon as prescriptions to help with his problems. Anyone who pointed out that the doctor was insane would be dismissed.

It’s not a secret Hitler had issues. He was probably going to die whether he committed suicide or not.

That video is definitely sped up, making it look much worse than it actually was.
Not saying he wasn’t on those drugs, but that video is definitely altered to make the effect more drastic.
