Agree except for the fact that the recruits love it. I appre those commenter because I would have no idea what to say.
Recruits watch which schools give them the most followers and comments. Makes them feel they have a sense of how much they’re wanted there. I don’t comment them, but I follow them then unfollow if they go elsewhere.
