This is so dumb. Each and every day I am in awe of what the next day brings.

The article raises some interesting questions. I believe the answer is pretty simple.

Put a woman on a football field crashing into large men, she'd be more likely to be injured. Women's bodies are softer, less muscular, and more frail in general.

Men's bodies are evolved for battle. We have thicker bones, more muscles, bigger jaws, even thicker skulls.

It doesn't require a person to be a scientist to understand why women's bodies aren't as resilient to blunt force impacts as men's bodies.

Whether there are additional reasonable safety measures that can be taken to protect female bodies in auto accidents is the only question. I assume any advances in safety that make women less likely to die in car crashes would also benefit men.

The implication some womynists will run with is that car safety is sexist and only designed to protect men. I don't think there's a rational basis for that, but it won't stop them from making the victimhood claim.

Are we even allowed to talk about these bodily differences anymore?

There are also millions more women than men in the US.
